Day one on the front lines
Morning started good, three reds in border zone, dominix, isthar and redeemer :), to bad they hid away same moment they saw our fleet
and we spend next 4h scaning the system as they warped around but in the end we probed out the domini :), I put up a bubble on his ass and boom ship and pod left the system :). As we killed the domini rest of the gang cloaked and all we could do is bore them to death and after 5h of holding the line rats loged of in system. Afternoon was more interesting, got a megathron and crusader kills but sadly 2 of our guys ware lost including a senior wolf in an Armagedon, other casualty was a brutix. They jumped in on us with superior tech and we could do little to hold the line. We had to fall back to the POS to rally and take back our positions abandoned earlier, I called for assistance from HQ and response was more then sufficient to handle the situation. All enemy could do was run and hide, we made them run like rats :). Time to give my wing a well deserved rest to get ready for more tomorrow.

Supplemental - US Player Combat Log.
About four hours following the previous combat earlier, I spent the remaining hours of the day breaking in my skills with an interceptor in 0.0. This is my first experience with nano style ships and I throughly enjoyed it. The ship in and of its self is sturdy, using 3 T2 ions and 2 drones as damage.
Overall the night was a success, the fleet I was in suffered only 2 casualties which, oddly enough, occured after a fleet was trying to jump in only 5 mins prior to the down time for the Empryean Age expansion coming today. I scored 6 seperate kills and on all the kills the pods had 0 chance of escaping. All kills were posted and accounted for.
The losses occured at the entry gate, but do to time restrictions the enemy had no chance to warp or anything before the cluster crashed. I was able to keep them there long enough - and I fully plan on logging in at 02:00 and getting a fleet on that position as fast as possible to catch them as they trinkle in.
